<p>This paper investigates the capacity configuration of several typical heating and cooling modes. And it uses a graphic methodology to gain the proportion of capacity to meet with heating and cooling loads which considers the difference of initial investment and operating costs. It also considers the load characteristics and the variation of equipment performance.</p>
