<p>According to the principle similarity between underfloor air distribution (UFAD) and displacement ventilation (DV) systems, a design method was presented for UFAD with swirl diffusers in office building, which was on the basis of design method for displacement ventilation and characteristics of swirl diffusers. Depending on the design method, a standard office configuration was set up for measurement. Based on the measurement results of indoor air, the design method was verified and the performance of the system was evaluated.</p>
