<p>Recently, vaporizers which are greatly enhanced performance from the conventional type have been developed. This paper represents the optimum design of the vaporizer used at a satellite station. Normally, the frozen moisture of air is created by temperature drop on the vaporizer surface. This problem is increasingly occurred by the time going on and the humidity rise. In addition, the frost creates ice deposit layer, therefore heat transfer on vaporizer decreases into the adiabatic condition. By this reason, recent vaporizer system is installed as parallel type, so it traduces capacity three times of vaporizer. But this vaporizer system requires more high installation costs and restricted by the space. It is very important to solve this problem. This study is focused on air vaporizer because its utilization increases recently. There are three variable conditions which are used in this study research. First, fin lengths of 4000 mm, 6000 mm, 8000 mm on each vaporizer 0, 4, 8 fin types were applied. Second, we applied in each of four season condition which consists of specific humidity, temperature and air velocity of the experimental environment. Finally, pressure of 1~3 bar was applied to get flow rate during experiment. This paper’s objective is to propose vaporizer type and length data for best performance of vaporizer through experiment.</p>
