<p>A serious economic effect on reducing costs for heating and hot water-supply if not using classic but untraditional sources of energy could be attained with the help of solar energy for example. The encouragement of this untraditional way of heating demands economic mechanisms to stimulate the families, which would like to use it. Tax concessions, tax exemption, low-rate loans, tax remissions for successful results, stimulation of personal contribution, etc. must be implemented when taking new measures concerning the tax regulation of a country.</p>
