<p>The office buildings indoor environment in hot summer and cold winter region in China in 2007 was surveyed, for a example, the Chongqing’s office buildings indoor environment conditions and subjective evaluation of the office staffs on indoor environment in winter and summer were analyzed. The relationships between Predicted Mean Vote (PMV) /Actual Mean Vote (AMV) and the office building indoor temperature were described and analyzed. It shows that the neutral temperature in office buildings is 20.7℃in winter and 24.5℃in summer. The range of acceptable indoor temperature were confirmed when the AMV were within ± 0.5. This thermal comfortable analysis provides a basis for the establishment of buildings indoor environment standard in hot summer and cold winter region in China.</p>
