Recently, Korean cities have many problems such as decreasing the number of population and declining the number of buildings and infrastructure quality. These problems are regarded as the urban renaissance in this study. As the respects of issues, this study should show direction on the construction technology development of cost saving housing for the underprivileged relation to the region of improving housing surroundings.
