<p>The glare sensation is measured in entire visual field and compared between in lower visual field and in upper visual field. The Glare Tester created for this measurement was used which has two sources: the standard source and the test source. The standard source was set at the BCD luminance (luminance at the Borderline between Comfort and Discomfort) of each observer and the luminance of the test source was increased. The observers were asked to stop when the test source arrived at the same sensation as the standard source. The result of the investigation shows that the glare sensation is more sensitive in the lower field of view than in upper field at symmetrical positions with respect to the horizontal line.</p>
