<p>This paper used ANSYS finite element analysis software to simulate numerically and analyze the heat transfer process in the phase change material wall adding paraffin and the common wall. The numerical simulation results were compared with the experimental results. The change laws of the surface temperature and the thermal flow through the wall were given when the wall was heated. Energy-saving effect and feasibility of phase change material wall were studied by comparing with the common wall. The results show that numerical simulation results agree well with the experimental test results and the simulation method is feasible. Compared with the traditional wall, the temperature change of PCM wall is more gently and the thermal fluctuation is smaller than that of common wall. Raising latent heat and heat conductivity is the main way to prolong the constant temperature time of materials, and can improve the storage effect of phase-change materials in the wall.</p>
