<p>My process of Cold Fusion, announced to Icenes on 2007, exposed to Icenes on 2009 [ 1 ], applied since June, 2007 in a border country of the European Union but by not being a member, for safety reasons, product, for a big module of 300x40 cm, of the Energy of mass of 600 megawatts per hour, and in unique waste, 300 cubic meters of pure Water a day, at once drinkable. The presentation which I shall make, will contain, if it is possible, several demonstrations of a portable module, producing one megawatt per hour, and in waste one cubic meter of water a day: we can stop the module when we want. The applications civil of this process, I developed them in my articles published on the site of the European Scientific Parliament EPS 2010 [ 2 ], and diverse modules were the object of a Protocol signed with a big Asian country. It is a major discovery for the survival of the Humanity.</p>
