<p>This paper is a polemic on the use of stabilized Earth blocks as a tangible option in creating an environmentally friendly alternative to other similar building materials that encourages and require the extensive use of fossil fuel in their production with resultant emissions of greenhouse gases. In the context of global warming, it has been established that third world countries will suffer most from the effects of continual use of fossils far away from their shores. The use of stabilized blocks will contribute not only as an adaptive measure but one that reduces the exacerbation of the current disposition of the global climate and climate change by the nature and manner of their production. While other materials leave massive trail of atmospheric carbon and by implication steep increases in concentration of atmospheric carbon, the use of Stabilized earth blocks leave little or nothing to landfills during deconstruction. The authors of this paper strongly hypothesize that developing countries have less responsibility for causing climate change and have received fewer benefits from the production of carbon dioxide, and therefore fewer resources to protect themselves bringing in sharp focus the need for carbon trading where the resources is channeled into such sustainable and renewable options like the stabilized earth blocks.</p>
