<p>According to WHO consideration in human health, respiratory systems in high concentration of pollution has become more important for developing countries. As international standards expanding in Asian, China has launched Chinese NAAQs to control level of pollution in risk area especially condensed transport hub and industrial zone. Songjiang is a developing region in Shanghai in terms of economy, transportation and education where agriculture activities have been still locating in some clusters of city. Consequently, PM2.5 concentration monitoring is focused on and also the relationship of PM2.5, relative humidity, velocity and temperature is investigated in this research. As real time monitoring filed of this research, it is possible that the equipment of monitoring included dust meter, anemometer and humidity meter. Not only monitoring equipment, but international standards such as WHO and NAAQs could assess the results of dust monitoring. In case of office buildings, PM2.5 reached the peak at 0.034 mg/m³ exceeding WHO standard by 0.009 mg/m³, while residential buildings PM2.5 concentration reached the peak at 0.023 mg/m³ remaining below WHO and NAAQs standards. The concentrations of respiratory dust are also high during early night until mid-night. The concentration of PM2.5 was related to relative humidity and temperature at that time.</p>
