Abstract

In particular, costs incurred for maintaining the function of fresh food distribution facilities have been going up, and it needs to have effective functions for reducing the maintenance costs for refrigeration systems in terms of the features of such facilities. This study aims to offer planned information through the research on the improvement of functions of SCADA system for efficiently maintaining and managing refrigeration facilities used for distribution facilities for fresh foods. Also this study is to propose a more improved new model by collecting SCADA system data for refrigeration facilities including the existing distribution facilities for fresh foods as well as remote automatic control system data of distribution facilities for fresh foods, which have been recently completed, and comparing and analyzing them by function. As a result, a remote control/monitoring system via communication wire has been used inside whereas the system suited to web-based remote control/monitoring via internet has been used outside. And the function of the system has posted daily improvement. The strengths and effect of this system which has been recently installed and is a target of this study, enable us to control and monitor things in real-time via wire/wireless phones in a remote place where you can be connected via internet, and to make multiple connections, and save and transfer diverse data.
