Charges
SET Proceedings is free to read. Two charges are made, separately, by WSSET: registration for the conference, and an article processing charge of USD 100 for each accepted paper.
What is charged
- Charged by WSSET, at the rate the conference sets for its delegates. At least one author of each accepted paper registers. This is a charge for the conference, not for publication.
- USD 100 for each accepted paper, invoiced by WSSET on acceptance and settled before the paper is published. There is no reduced rate.

The two charges are separate, and each is stated on its own. The article processing charge is not part of the registration fee, and the registration fee is not part of the article processing charge.
When it is charged
The article processing charge is raised only after a paper has been accepted. Nothing is payable to submit, and no article processing charge is payable for a paper that is declined.
Ability to pay plays no part in an editorial decision. Decisions are made on the reviewers' reports and the academic merit of the work alone.
