Energy consumption of buildings in South Korea is showing a tendency of increase, and when the energy consumption is divided into sectors, results displayed that households take share of about 53% of energy consumption. Especially, by 2007, apartments took part of about 86% of households, leading for apartments to cause bigger energy consumption. In order to decrease energy consumption in buildings, projects are being demonstrated in multilateral manner. These energy conserving types of constructions are different with general constructions when it comes to construction techniques as technical elements that are needed to implement sustainable and green buildings are being applied in diverse and complex manner. This is leading to an gradual increase in the management element of construction projects. Constructions of energy conserving type requires higher level of techniques, so unlike the traditional method, efficient methods for projects are required. Even with costs, effective decision-making process for technical application is certainly needed. This research established the integrated construction method and process for buildings in Korea that can be represented as zero-carbon and green homes, and even during the process of this effective project, details needed in construction, energy functions, and economical analysis result will be suggested.
