This paper will compare some houses from Tabriz and Zanjan cities that they both placed in cold and dry climate, and the prediction is resemblance or common climatic answers between residence of these cities, if the result is yes, is there any clue to use those common answers for under constructed and new residential places or not, and common results will be selected for the future residences.
