Abstract

In this study, temperature distribution and amount of preheating generation of intermediate space of multi-stories type double skin facade connected to outdoor air(OA) duct of air handling unit(AHU) are analyzed by actual measurement in winter season. Also, the design plan for improving preheating effect is suggested through the measurement results. As the results of this study, envelope and outdoor air load are quite reduced by proper control of OA airflow rate in utilizing preheated OA via intermediate space of DSF.
