Who decides what SET Proceedings publishes, and what has no bearing on that decision.
Who decides
The Editorial Board of SET Proceedings makes every acceptance decision, solely on the reviewers' reports and the academic merit of the work.
SET Proceedings is published by Caravel Press, which provides the platform, the production and the registration of every paper. The conference is organised by the World Society of Sustainable Energy Technologies (WSSET). Caravel Press does not accept, reject or amend a paper.
Money and decisions
Neither the ability to pay a charge nor registration for the conference has any bearing on an editorial decision. The article processing charge is raised only after acceptance.
Where a decision could be questioned
A member of the Editorial Board who has any interest in a submission takes no part in handling it.
If you believe a decision on your paper was reached on anything other than its merits, the complaints and appeals policy sets out how to say so and who considers it.
