Repository and self-archiving

Authors may deposit any version of their paper in any repository, at any time, with no embargo.

The policy

Authors publishing in SET Proceedings may deposit their work in an institutional repository, a subject repository, a preprint server, a funder repository, a personal or departmental website, or a scholarly network.

Submitted version (preprint): May be deposited at any time. No embargo.
Accepted manuscript: May be deposited at any time. No embargo.
Version of record (published): May be deposited at any time. No embargo.

There is no embargo on any version, because there is nothing for an embargo to protect: the published version is already open access under CC BY 4.0.

We ask only that a deposited version cites the published paper and gives its DOI, so that a reader who finds the copy can reach the version of record.
