Aiming at stable burning of power station boiler HG-670/140-YM14 at lower load, peaking load and running economy characters, burner of lower primary air, middle lower primary air and middle upper primary air have been improved into thick-lean burner. By experiment research, turbo generator set with thick-lean burner can run at rating load safely, economically and stably. The lowest load of boiler with thick-lean burner is 110MW.
