We designed a new small-scale device for CO and H2 production by organic fuel reformation. The active region of the reformer consists of wall-through flow manifolds which decreases the gas speed of the fuel-air mixture at the area of reformation. This system does not use catalysts, and thus it is not sensitive to fuel impurities. Reformation of soybean oil shows a 20-30% conversion of carbon into CO, with its concentration reaching 13 % of the outgoing gas. From calculations, the expected content of hydrogen reaches about 16 % by volume.
