Abstract

Test the fresh air system, chilled water system with high temperature, indoor temperature and relative humidity in summer on the composite air-conditioning system, which is based on evaporative cooling with radiant cooling by capillary tube mats. When the air-conditioning systems runs in the summer of moderate humidity area whose supply water temperature is 19℃ and displacement supply air temperature is 17℃,the results show that the maximum temperature difference is less than 2℃ at all sections between 0.1 and 1.1m above the floor, indoor temperature closing to 1.1m is about 26-26.5℃. The experimental results also show that the gradient of temperature is less than 2℃ between 0.1 and 1.1m and it is less than 1℃ between 1.1 and 2.7m, meanwhile indoor relative humidity is in a range of 53.3-65.4%, so the experimental results illustrate that the composite air-conditioning system can create thermal comfort for the occupants. In addition the mean surface temperature of radiant cooling panel is 21.75-21.9℃, which is impossible to produce the phenomenon of condensation on the floor surface, and can avoid the risk of condensation ,because the ceiling surface temperature is higher than the dew point temperature.
