Abstract

The materials, construction method and system unlike general buildings are applied and the renewable energy system is integrated additionally to the passive house. The design review and feedback considering the energy performance through committing early the professional engineers about energy, installment, structure and construction are required without failure from the plan stage through the composition of integrated design team and the settlement of integrated design process for the ‘Zero Carbon Green Home’. In this series of stages, the details, including element application section and element joints, were developed through the expert meeting over fields having an effect on element technology and the system optimization was completed through analyzing the achievement in the required standard for the passive house, the production of renewable energy and its adequacy.
