A two dimensional simulation is carried out with CLSVOF method(Combined Level Set and VOF) to simulate the evolutions of double droplets simultaneously impinging on flat liquid film. The factors that affect the evolution were analyzed including the impinging velocity, liquid film thickness, and the horizontal distance between the two droplets. The results could benefit to the analysis on dynamic characteristics of droplet evolution process where droplets impinging on liquid film is involved in.
