This paper introduces the features of sewage-source heat pumps and sewage discharge number in China. There are a few practices about the sewage-source heat pump utilized for buildings' heating and air conditioning. The author analyses system economics in different types of heating, such as air-source heat pumps, ground-source heat pumps and sewage-source heat pumps and so on. The result shows the advantages of sewage-source heat pumps in energy conserving and environment protection.
