With low energy consumption, low pollution, low-emission characterized by the construction of low-carbon economy, green intelligent building have become the theme of technology development of modern architecture and its equipment, the high-performance green building equipment system design and operation management & system evaluation is one of key technologies of green buildings. This paper mainly study on the theory and principles of assessment, evaluation indexes and our green ventilation and air conditioning system evaluation index system that is multi-level, multi-objective and multi-factor. Therefore it could promote ventilation and air conditioning system low carbon technologies development and popularization & application provide technical support.
