This Study aims at deriving element technology applicable to Korea’s climate and community different from low-energy and zero energy housing in Europe and advanced countries through optimalized integration for passive technique and active elements, and introducing 1st phase planning (draft) of the empirically demonstrated house for Zero Carbon Green Home that selects Flat Plate Slab enabling to diversify Korea’s existing apartment house floor and dwelling unit design and suggests the floor plan that secures variability and maintenance. In addition, the study was intended to suggest the importance of organizing the exclusive team and establishing the process for the optimalization of each major element in economic, residential, environmental, and performance terms simultaneously ensuring energy reduction target and building design quality through establishing integrated building process in order to introduce passive technique and new/renewable energy.
Keywords. Integrated design; Optimalization of performance; Zero energy; Passive house
