Abstract

The paper is written to establish the model of evaluation on kitchen energy structure in low-carbon houses based on quantitative evaluation on efficiency of energy consumption and carbon emission. Assumption and evaluation models are presented in the paper by analyzing data acquired through investigations and researches conducted from 2009 to 2011. Different types of energy are operated in laboratory and household. According to result data of the standard temperature rise experiment, conversion coefficient and utilization parameter in the model related to efficiency are determined. Moreover, the role of validity model in evaluating and directing energy structure of low-carbon houses has been verified. The difference between energy efficiency and carbon emission in energy structure has been discovered. At last, the paper has presented policies to optimize kitchen energy structure of urban and rural low-carbon houses.
